Welcome to Dahdah Cloud! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and software services, including our AI automation and messaging tools (collectively, the "Service").

- Acknowledge that Dahdah Cloud is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., account bans or restrictions) resulting from your violation of their policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dahdah Cloud and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., sending spam messages).
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dahdah Cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
