We operate as a Technical Provider for Meta Platforms, Inc., providing AI-driven automation, Lead Management, and SaaS solutions like Tarsia AI for companies in the GCC region and beyond.
2. Types of Data We Process
A. Personal Information
Includes names, business email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles collected during account setup or inquiry.
B. Platform Data (Meta APIs)
As a Tech Provider, we process data from Meta APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Messenger) on behalf of our clients. This includes interaction metadata, message logs, and customer intent data used for automated lead categorization.
C. Business Operations Data
Includes sales data, e-commerce logs (from Noon/Amazon integrations), and government tender documentation (RFPs/RFIs) processed through our AI pipelines.
3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis
We process data strictly to provide the services authorized by our clients, including:
- Automating customer support workflows and AI-driven lead management.
- Synchronizing sales data with accounting software like Zoho Books for e-commerce sellers.
- Facilitating bid preparation for government contracts via the Tarsia AI platform.
- Maintaining the security and technical integrity of our cloud infrastructure.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal and business data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these terms or as required by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Upon contract termination, all client-specific Platform Data is securely deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention is required.
5. Third-Party Sub-processors
To provide our high-performance Services, we work with trusted third parties:
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: For messaging and social integration services.
- Microsoft Azure / AWS: For secure cloud hosting and database management.
- OpenAI / anthropic / Google frameworks: For AI processing and automation workflows.
6. International Data Transfers
Our Service is managed from Jordan and targets clients globally, particularly in the UAE and GCC. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our cloud providers maintain servers, ensuring compliant protection standards.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including end-to-end encryption for messaging data, secure API authentication, and regular vulnerability assessments to protect against unauthorized access.
