As a Tech Provider, we process data from Meta APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Messenger) on behalf of our clients. This includes interaction metadata, message logs, and customer intent data used for automated lead categorization.

C. Business Operations Data

Includes sales data, e-commerce logs (from Noon/Amazon integrations), and government tender documentation (RFPs/RFIs) processed through our AI pipelines.
